This stuff's just a hobby...I enjoy the mad-scientist aspect of creating thngs out of hot peppers. But it does seem to have taken a life of its own, so what better way to help fuel the music that I intend to bring to this page than with my own spicy concoctions  (that you won't find anywhere else on the entire planet)?

These have been the most popular over the years. I personally make everything in small batches from fresh produce, sea salt, vinegar, and commonly found spices...NO ingredients with weird chemical names!
